How to change Windows XP domain password?

On a Windows XP or 2000 Pro desktop, press
Ctrl+Alt+Del
.
If you are logged in to a server remotely via Remote Desktop, press
Ctrl+Alt+End
.
In the Windows Security screen, click
Change Password
4. In the User name box, enter your Login name.
5. In the Log on to box, select the domain from the drop-down list
. (To log on to a different Active Directory domain, enter the domain name, for example,
example.com)
6. In the Old Password box, enter your old password.
7. In the New Password box, enter your new password. Use the following criteria to create a secure password
.
8. In the Confirm Password box, enter your new password again, and then click
OK
.
